IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either a person who was defrauded or from a third party to the complainant. We can best process complaints if we receive accurate and complete information from the victims.

IC3 gives victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism to alert authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations.
